Five For Friday~ on a Saturday

Hello! I am linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching.

First, this past week was our last week of school. Students finished up on Tuesday and we finished on Wednesday.

 Second, I have begun preparing to teach 5th Grade next year. These are a few of the books I am considering~
  
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (1997)                          

Third, my class made father's day gifts. We cut out their silhouettes and mod podged { can I verbify that?} them onto ceramic tile. They came out so cute!


 Fourth, this made me laugh so much!

    Going to 5th grade will be a big change. Did you want to switch or did you have to? Good luck getting ready for your new grade. I think it's great that you're reading these great books to prepare!

    Hi and thank you! Fifth grade will be a huge change but I loved those kids when they were in 3rd grade. I sure hope I get some of them again. I feel mostly prepared in reading and social studies but I need to work on math and science this summer. What grade do you teach?
